If you blog and use word press (not sure why you would anything else), then you must make sure your using akismet!  This was been the best plug-in ever.  It’s amazing how many spam messages are sent to blogs now each day.  I think maybe 5 or 6 get through a month and when I tell akismet that its spam, I rarely see these spam messages again!

I wake up this morning, checking my emails and for some reason I decide to check my monthly statement from dreamhost (which I hardly ever look at because I’ve been with them for 2 years with no problem) I get this is my emailH

HOLY SHIT! What kind of scam is this. I know they moved into a new office but this is worst that AOL scams!  I guess some idiot developer there ran a script that double bills everyone through the end of the year. I can’t believe a place like this does not do a QA on such things as this that can totally destroy the company’s rep! I better get a free month or something out of this!
