This morning I was watching the news and this new Dell commerical comes on. It's a guy in bed calling Dell tech support. He is asking the help desk if they will be there on holidays and other days. The tech support is this young American man answering the phone! BULL SHIT! Dell has no one in the US answering their phones. (unless your in the big business division when you call, because they all complained and all the tech suppport for them was brought back to the US) Its all these people in India. I have a HUGE problem with Dell advertising that they have great tech support that is in the US. Now what they really need to do is show the real person in India answering the phone. Asking you to speak up because their system is so bad because your talking to someone halfway across the world. The last two times I have had to talk to tech support from Dell it has been a huge nightmare. If there are any lawyers out there I would love for someone to sue the ass out of Dell for this BS!
